Job summary

BOI (Board of Innovation) seeks an AI Transformation Lead to own the quality and delivery of complex AI transformation engagements. You will work with Directors to ensure excellent delivery and client-facing impact across multiple streams.

You’ll lead enterprise AI transformations, build business cases and roadmaps, design operating models, and drive organizational capability. You will also shape proposals, client scoping, and growth with the account team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, agency, or enterprise transformations.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools, building workflows, automations, or copilots.
• Experience leading delivery for strategy or transformation engagements.
• Experience delivering AI or digital transformation initiatives in enterprise settings.

About The Role

As an AI Transformation Lead, you will own the quality and delivery of complex AI transformation engagements. Working closely with our Directors and Managing Director of AI Transformation, you'll be a senior delivery leader across both execution and proposal development, making sure what we deliver is excellent and what reaches clients reflects real strategic thinking.

You’ll help lead enterprise AI transformation engagements, structuring transformation opportunities, building business cases and roadmaps, designing operating models, developing organizational capability, and driving change.

You’ll work closely with senior client stakeholders, challenging assumptions, bringing structure to ambiguity, and helping clients make confident decisions. You’ll also bring credibility through practice, building your own AI workflows, tools, and automations. We believe the best people to lead AI transformation are those who live it themselves.

You’ll have increasing responsibility for client relationships, proposal development, and commercial growth, with coaching and support from Directors.

What You Will Do

Lead AI Transformation Engagements

• Own the day-to-day delivery of complex AI transformation engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes across multiple workstreams.
• Structure workstreams, drive execution, and maintain a high bar for delivery across your engagements.
• Navigate ambiguity with confidence, proactively solving problems and keeping engagements moving.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders by leading workshops, managing stakeholder dynamics, and supporting transformation agendas alongside Directors.

Drive Proposals & Commercial Growth

• Support proposal development and engagement scoping alongside Directors, taking on increasing ownership as you grow.
• Identify opportunities to expand the impact of your engagements and bring them forward to the broader account team.
• Turn successful engagements into case studies, thought leadership, and reusable IP.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, agency, or custom solution environments serving enterprise clients.
• Demonstrated hands-on use of modern AI tools in your own work. You've built workflows, automations, copilots, agents, or other practical AI solutions- not just advised clients on them.
• Experience leading significant workstreams or owning delivery for strategy or transformation engagements.
• Experience delivering AI or digital transformation initiatives in enterprise environments, with a strong understanding of how AI creates business value.
• Experience contributing to proposal development, engagement scoping, or growing existing client accounts.
• Strong ability to translate between business ambition and technical feasibility
• Experience working in cross-functional teams delivering complex client work
• Comfort operating in complex stakeholder environments with senior leaders

Benefits

Salary: $140-160,000 base, plus performance bonus.
