Job summary

BOI (Board of Innovation) seeks a Director to own the strategic quality and coherence of AI transformation engagements end-to-end in the Americas. You will operate as the senior authority across delivery and proposal development, ensuring what is sold is valuable, what is delivered is rigorous, and what reaches senior clients reflects sound judgment.

Qualifications

• Senior Strategy Leader with Delivery Judgment: led complex strategy or transformation engagements, making hard calls in ambiguous environments and delivering executable outcomes.
• A Leader in AI solutions: led AI-enabled initiatives with technical teams, with enough fluency to shape credible approaches without being the deepest technical expert.
• Commercially Effective, Delivery-Led: helped grow accounts by shaping problems, structuring proposals, and expanding engagements, assessing feasibility, risk and value.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation engagements as the senior delivery owner
• Independently structure proposals, approaches, and scopes of work
• Guide and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Act as the primary strategic escalation point for engagements
• Support account growth by driving expansion opportunities grounded in delivery reality
• Work closely with the Managing Director on senior client moments and deal shaping, operating autonomously across delivery and proposal development
