Responsibilities

• Build relationships with engineering leaders and power users at key accounts.
• Partner with Field Engineering and Sales to deliver a seamless post-sale experience.
• Drive adoption of Grok by aligning usage with business objectives and engineering goals.
• Guide customers on rollout best practices for prompts, context, and internal enablement.
• Serve as the customer’s voice internally and influence roadmap priorities.
• Provide strategic account planning and regular business reviews with VP- and CTO-level stakeholders.
• Monitor account health, usage patterns, and product engagement to drive renewals and expansion.
