Job summary

ONWARD SEARCH Forward Deployed Engineer is sought to support a cutting-edge AI consulting team. The role focuses on building and deploying enterprise AI applications with a strong emphasis on technical proficiency and client collaboration.

You will own projects from design to deployment, integrate AI apps into enterprise systems, and adapt to new tools and environments, with flexible remote arrangements outside your region.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of software engineering experience developing and deploying applications.
• Experience with full software development lifecycle and system architecture.
• Hands-on AI development with LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Proficiency with APIs, cloud environments, and system integration.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement AI solutions, including workflows and agentic systems, for production use.
• Take ownership of entire projects from design through deployment and ongoing refinement.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to align AI solutions with business goals.
• Integrate AI applications into existing enterprise systems and architectures.
• Quickly adapt to new technical environments, tools, and business contexts.
