Job summary

Wedoe Search Group partners with an early-stage AI company to hire a Forward Deployed Engineer. You will work with enterprise customers to understand their technical challenges, build custom solutions, and influence the product roadmap.

This fully remote role is ideal for someone who ships code, thrives in ambiguous environments, and owns problems from discovery through deployment, collaborating with Product and Engineering to drive product improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of software engineering experience in customer-facing roles.
• Strong programming skills and production code delivery.
• Experience with APIs, SQL, integrations, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build custom solutions, integrations, and automations for enterprise customers.
• Design workflows using APIs, SQL, and modern development tools.
• Debug complex customer issues and drive to resolution.
• Own technical implementations from discovery to deployment.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn customer needs into product improvements.
• Create reusable tools, documentation, and best practices at scale.
