Workday, Inc. seeks an AI Deployment Architect to design end-to-end AI transformations for our most complex customers, connecting Workday’s Sana Enterprise AI platform, Native AI Agents, and Agent Builder Platform to drive ROI and business outcomes for HR, Finance, and IT leaders.

You will advise executive sponsors, design AI-enabled processes, and lead functional workstreams through preparation, activation, and adoption, ensuring scalable and ethical solutions with measurable value.

Qualificações

• 1+ years designing, delivering AI-enabled, analytics-driven solutions in an enterprise context.
• 5+ years in enterprise software consulting with multi-country, multi‑business‑unit project leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Solution Design / Strategic Advisory: Design comprehensive AI-enabled solutions and translate capabilities into business value.
• Functional Leadership: Lead functional workstreams including requirements discovery, process design, data readiness, and UX considerations.
• Innovation & Feedback: Share field insights to influence AI agents, platform features, and Sana Enterprise.
• Ecosystem Alignment: Ensure AI use cases are supported by data models, security, and integration patterns with third-party systems.
