As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex, multi-team software and AI delivery initiatives from discovery through execution, partnering with client executives, product owners, architects, and engineering leads to drive clarity and predictable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years managing complex enterprise software delivery projects.
• Strong background in Java full-stack, cloud, and API-driven architectures.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled features or AI/ML integrations.
• Proven ability to partner with senior client stakeholders.
• Deep experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid).
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, risks, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for large-scale software and AI initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Serve as the primary client delivery partner, managing expectations and alignment.
• Collaborate with technical leads, architects, and engineering teams to translate requirements into plans.
• Build and maintain delivery roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate cross-team coordination, identifying blockers and risks early.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve planning, estimation, documentation, and reporting.
• Ensure teams follow modern engineering practices including CI/CD, testing, observability, and secure development.
• Produce clear executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Lead discovery sessions, scope definition, and solution framing with clients and internal teams.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across distributed teams.
