Job summary

PhoenixAI is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive in the United States to drive revenue for the Agentic AI Database. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, engaging with AI and data infrastructure leaders to close multi-year deals.

You will articulate the platform's value, manage executive relationships, and partner with Marketing on events and campaigns. Travel as needed is expected, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Hunter mindset with a driven sales approach.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• 7+ years selling enterprise software or SaaS.
• 3+ years selling database/analytics/data warehouse/AI infra products preferred.
• Engineering background or CS/CE degree preferred but not required.
• Track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a sales plan to meet revenue targets for PhoenixAI’s Agentic AI Database.
• Articulate PhoenixAI's value proposition and generate awareness within Enterprise Accounts.
• Identify and qualify opportunities to drive deals to close.
• Build executive-level relationships within key accounts (AI and data infrastructure leaders).
• Collaborate with Marketing on business development activities (webinars, workshops, events).
• Log sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
