Sonar is seeking a senior Enterprise Sales professional in Boston to evangelize its code quality management platform to large, global accounts. You will drive value with developers, decision-makers, and procurement, shaping sales strategy and influencing the direction of the Sales Team as we grow.

Engage with customers across diverse industries, own 30–40 active opportunities, and close high-value deals using AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years selling technical solutions into large/global companies.
• Proven ability to close deals across a range of sizes from mid-market to enterprise.
• Expert-level pipeline math and conversion-rate awareness.
• A closer mindset with momentum focus over nurture.
• Advanced use of AI and modern sales tech to accelerate work.

Responsibilities

• Own 30–40+ active opportunities; leverage SDR support as multiplier.
• Accelerate long-cycle enterprise evaluations into 30-day transactions.
• Collaborate with SDR to map Tier 1 accounts with a hunter mindset.
• Navigate security and legal hurdles with standardized processes.
• Use AI to re-engineer manual research and personalization tasks.
