Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer building enterprise-scale data platforms and pipelines.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL with modern data engineering practices.
• Strong hands-on experience with GitHub, Key Vault, and REST API integration/automation.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure, or comparable cloud analytics platforms.
• Experience with Terraform/Jenkins or CI/CD.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and automated testing.
• Familiarity with AI-powered engineering tools and Agentic AI development practices.
• Strong understanding of distributed computing, performance tuning, fault tolerance and data reliability.
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Participates in iteration planning to align backlog stories and tasks.
• Helps execute product strategy with customer outcomes in mind.
• Designs scalable systems, applications and data solutions.
• Participates in daily standups across sites and teams.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding while following governance.
• Contributes to retrospectives with actionable improvements.
• Supports production platforms and environments.
• Shares knowledge to grow team expertise.
• Applies modern software engineering practices and CI/CD pipelines to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Collaborates on AI-enabled applications and automation workflows where appropriate.
