Job summary

Integra Mission Critical, LLC. is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise AI agents and copilots that automate key business processes across Manufacturing, Construction, Finance, and Operations.

The role emphasizes production-grade deployments, governance, and integration with Microsoft and Azure AI capabilities. You will work closely with Data Engineering, DevSecOps, and Application Development teams to automate complex workflows and ensure scalable, secure AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software/AI engineering, data engineering, automation, or enterprise app development.
• 2+ years building generative AI copilots, agent-based solutions or retrieval augmented generation.
• Proven track record moving AI prototypes into secure, production-grade enterprise solutions.
• Strong Python or C development skills and API/integration experience.
• Strong analytical, process discovery, facilitation, documentation and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy and maintain enterprise AI agents, copilots and intelligent workflows.
• Create multi-agent architectures using best-practice frameworks and governance.
• Implement model abstraction, fallback, retry, and governance for safe deployments.
• Develop AI tools, connectors, templates and reference architectures for enterprise use.
• Integrate AI agents with ERP, CRM, Power Platform and other enterprise systems.
• Define evaluation frameworks and monitoring for grounded, safe AI outputs.
