Mativ is seeking an AI Architect to lead enterprise AI initiatives, driving architecture, governance, and responsible AI adoption across the organization. This role collaborates with delivery leaders, enterprise architecture, and security teams to ensure scalable, compliant AI solutions.

The AI Architect will oversee vendor platforms, promote data-driven decision-making, and embed intelligent capabilities into core business processes to strengthen competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data, analytics, AI, software, or enterprise architecture roles.
• Proven experience deploying AI solutions that deliver business value.
• Experience architecting Generative AI, ML, AI agents, Copilot, and intelligent automation.

Responsabilités

• Translate priorities into actionable AI initiatives, architectures, and measurable outcomes.
• Design end-to-end AI architectures and select appropriate approaches (ML, GenAI, NLP, CV).
• Define cloud/hybrid/edge platforms for AI use cases and ensure modular, scalable designs.
• Define and govern AI lifecycles, model development, testing, and deployment with governance controls.
• Establish AI observability, KPIs, and governance for MLOps/LLMOps and responsible AI.
