Job summary

RingCentral, Inc. is seeking an AI Product Engineer to architect and build end-to-end AI solutions within the Enterprise AI organization.

You will partner with business stakeholders and product managers to identify opportunities, prototype quickly, and drive production delivery with engineering. The role emphasizes hands-on building, integration with enterprise platforms, and delivering measurable AI value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience building or integrating AI-powered solutions in an enterprise setting.
• Ability to architect end-to-end solutions with data flows and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python preferred).
• Strong understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector stores, prompt engineering, RAG, and agent frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise APIs (REST, GraphQL, OAuth 2.0) and data stores (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Excellent communication to translate business problems into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Architect AI solutions end-to-end for enterprise use cases.
• Design data flows, integration points, and system contracts across platforms.
• Develop prototypes and production-grade AI features with telemetry.
• Collaborate with engineering through reviews, workshops, and paired coding.
• Partner with Sales/Marketing/HR to quantify ROI and steer AI initiatives.
