Job summary

SiTime in Santa Clara, CA seeks a Head of Enterprise AI Applications to define and execute AI strategy across Sales, Finance, Operations, HR and Marketing. Lead development, deployment, and scaling of AI applications, build a high-performing team, and drive company-wide adoption of AI as a trusted capability.

You will own full-stack AI solutions, select appropriate LLMs, integrate with CRM/ERP, champion governance and responsible AI, and partner with IT, Product, and Engineering to deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building software or AI solutions.
• 4+ years in AI/ML and 2+ years leading applied-AI teams.
• Experience building agentic AI solutions for business functions and shipping them to production at scale.
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem — M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agent builder.
• Demonstrated success driving AI adoption and enablement across an organization.
