AG Consulting Partners, Inc. is seeking an Agentic Developer to build scalable, production-ready AI agents used by many across the organization.

You will turn business problems into automated solutions, working with Azure Foundry and DevOps practices. The role is a W2 consulting engagement supporting a 3-month client project with potential extension, based in Issaquah, WA, offering a hybrid schedule with up to four in-office days per week.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in workflow automation, systems implementation, technical consulting, or solution engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Platform, workflow automation, or agent-based solution design.
• Experience building production-ready automation solutions rather than only strategy recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and business process mapping skills.
• Comfortable operating independently in high-visibility consulting environments.
• Enterprise-level FTE experience or consulting experience supporting enterprise organizations is required.

Aufgaben

• Build scalable agents in code that are used across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with the existing four-person delivery team and CI/CD workflows.
• Test, validate, and stage deployments using infrastructure as code.
• Translate stakeholder use cases into scalable automation strategies.
• Work with client Dev and QA teams to refine agents and adoption.
