Job summary

United Contractor Services, based in Kennesaw, GA, is recruiting an Agentic AI Engineer to design, ship, and maintain production AI agents that automate core business processes. This on-site role sits with the Director of Technology and spans multiple business units, emphasizing practical implementation over strategy.

You will work across a modern stack (Microsoft 365, Entra, Azure, Procore, Make.com) to deliver secure, scalable AI solutions and governance.

Qualifications

3-5 years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 1 year shipping production AI/LLM systems.
Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with at least one major agent framework or SDK.
Real experience building and interpreting eval harnesses.
Working knowledge of the Microsoft cloud stack: Azure Functions, Microsoft Graph API, Entra ID, OAuth2.

Responsibilities

Design and build production agentic AI systems and copilots for business processes.
Identify automation opportunities with leadership and translate into shipped agents.
Maintain integrations across Microsoft Graph, Entra, SharePoint, Teams, Procore, and Azure Functions.
Develop eval pipelines and observability for agents in production.
Implement secure agent identity and authorization patterns.
