Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with extensive cloud-native experience to design and deploy agentic systems for enterprise environments. You will embed with clients, define use cases, prototype rapidly, and deploy robust, secure agentic workflows across complex domains, collaborating with Ecosystem partners.

You will architect AI agents, integrate diverse AI providers, and ensure observability, security, and scalability in production. Travel may be required depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• 1+ year designing and deploying agentic solutions in production environments.
• 2+ years experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) and multi-provider pipelines.
• 5+ years programming in Python or Java; familiarity with logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
• 5+ years deploying to production with CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, debugging.
• 5+ years experience with client communication and leading technical workshops in ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, tool invocation, and observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers to enable seamless integration.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, and event-driven architectures for scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor agentic workflows across industries addressing domain-specific processes.
• Lead design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions with stakeholders.
• Define metrics and evaluation plans to measure agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
• Create reusable patterns and documentation to influence internal assets and client roadmaps.
