Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design and deploy agentic systems for enterprise environments. You will embed with clients, define use cases, prototype, and build robust AI agents that scale across modern infrastructure.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to shape workflows, ensure security, and deliver measurable outcomes while navigating ambiguity. Travel may be required as projects span multiple enterprise domains.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience building cloud-native solutions and agentic systems for enterprise
• Minimum of 3 years engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless)
• Minimum of 2 years experience with AI platforms OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI and open-source models
• Minimum of 5 years programming in Python or Java; experience with evaluation tooling and observability
• Minimum of 5 years deploying to production with CI/CD and infrastructure as code
• Minimum of 5 years experience with client communication and leading technical workshops

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, routing, tool invocation, and observability
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers to enable multi-provider pipelines
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and monitoring for scalable AI-native systems
• Tailor agentic workflows across finance, healthcare, retail domains
• Lead design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions with stakeholders
• Define metrics and evaluation plans for agent accuracy, latency, safety and cost-effectiveness
• Craft reusable patterns and documentation to guide client roadmaps
