• 4+ years in strategic consulting or corporate strategy
• 2+ years in AI/ML strategy, digital transformation, or healthcare tech
• 2+ years applying human-centered design to AI products
• 3+ years developing KPI frameworks for AI initiatives
• Experience supporting C-suite in tech-driven orgs
• Experience with AI/ML, generative AI, automation, and enterprise AI
• Experience creating executive briefings and stakeholder plans
• Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and adapt to AI trends

Responsibilities

• Develop and support execution of enterprise AI/ML strategies and roadmaps aligned to objectives
• Conduct strategic research on AI/ML technologies, trends, and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with executive leadership to translate concepts into strategies and communications
• Design human-centered AI adoption frameworks prioritizing user experience and ethics
• Create executive briefings, KPI frameworks, and communication strategies to measure ROI
