Job summary

Redpanda Data is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing sales team in a hybrid role in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will qualify and close opportunities via presentations, product demos, and technical evaluations, engaging new and existing users to accelerate adoption of Redpanda’s product and services.

The role requires 5+ years in Open Source and SaaS business models, with a proven hunter mindset and strong enterprise sales credentials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Open Source software plus SaaS business models.

Responsibilities

• Engage new and existing users to demonstrate value within a territory.
• Conduct outbound activity using tools like Sales Navigator, Gong, ZoomInfo.
• Coordinate with virtual and executive teams to move deals forward.
• Manage complex enterprise campaigns with multiple engagement points in Development/IT Ops.
• Align Redpanda solutions to the customer’s business and technical needs.
• Articulate Redpanda vision and secure strategic commercial commitments.
• Build a healthy revenue pipeline and win new logos.
• Forecast business accurately on a quarterly cadence.
• Collaborate with management, legal and deal desk to ensure proper execution.
