Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience participating in delivery of solutions using ITIL / Agile / XP, or similar methodologies.
- 3 years of experience leading product teams.
Responsibilities
- Guides solutions with strong business and technology perspective and coordinates with Engineers to align with business needs.
- Collaborates with IT leadership to execute technical vision and roadmaps, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
- Creates environments where delivery teams are self-governing and accountable for performance.
- Removes roadblocks and fosters collaboration across IT and leadership levels.
- Drives input on technology decisions, people management, and product features across all stages of the lifecycle.
- Supports open communication between engineering squads and IT leadership to meet business requirements.
