Qualifications

• 7-12+ years of Agile delivery experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience leading delivery teams.
• Deep experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Strong expertise in Jira administration.
• Ability to analyze delivery data for insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Scrum Masters and Delivery Managers.
• Define and enforce Agile delivery standards.
• Own product and delivery tools strategy.
• Collaborate with CTO and Product leaders.
• Drive consistent Agile processes across teams.
