Job summary

Staker Parson Companies, a CRH company, is seeking an Aggregate Quality Manager to lead enterprise quality programs across all aggregate operations in the western division. You will develop standardized quality systems, ensure ASTM/AASHTO compliance, and drive continuous improvement with operations teams.

This role partners with Operations, Environmental, and Engineering to elevate product performance, reduce variability, and support customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Materials Engineering, Construction Management, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in aggregate quality, materials engineering, or construction materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a company-wide Aggregate Quality Management System.
• Establish standardized testing procedures, laboratory practices, quality metrics, and documentation requirements across all aggregate operations.
• Partner with operational and safety leaders to identify risks, promote safe work practices, and ensure quality processes support a safe and compliant work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, industry specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a culture of quality, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor aggregate quality personnel across the organization.
