Job summary

Staker Parson Companies, a CRH Company, seeks an Aggregate Quality Manager to lead enterprise quality operations across aggregates. You will develop a standardized quality system, ensure compliance with ASTM/AASHTO/UDOT standards, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

This role partners with Operations, Environmental, Engineering, and Commercial groups to sustain high-quality products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive aggregate quality experience.
• Deep knowledge of ASTM, AASHTO, UDOT standards.
• Demonstrated leadership across multiple operations or locations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a company-wide Aggregate Quality Management System.
• Establish standardized testing procedures, lab practices, quality metrics, and documentation.
• Identify risks with operations and safety leaders to promote safe, quality processes.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement and corrective actions for product quality.
• Oversee enterprise quality reporting and data-driven decision making.
