Job summary

Staker Parson Companies, a CRH company, seeks an Aggregate Quality Manager to lead enterprise quality for all aggregate operations. You will develop standardized QA systems, oversee laboratory testing, and drive continuous improvement in product performance and regulatory compliance.

You will partner across Operations, Environmental, Civil Engineering, and Commercial teams to ensure safety, quality, and performance while advancing strategic growth initiatives within the aggregates business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or materials engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in aggregate quality or construction materials.
• Deep knowledge of ASTM, AASHTO, UDOT, and applicable quality standards.
• Demonstrated leadership supporting technical teams across multiple operations or locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Aggregate Quality Management System development and deployment.
• Ensure testing procedures and documentation meet industry and regulatory standards.
• Drive data analytics, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide laboratory oversight and ensure calibration, sampling, and audits are maintained.
• Partner with operations and safety leaders to manage risks and improve quality.
• Support customer technical needs and product performance improvements.
