Job summary

Staker Parson Companies is seeking an Aggregate Quality Manager to lead enterprise quality operations across the organization. You will develop standardized quality management systems, ensure compliance with ASTM/AASHTO/UDOT standards, and drive improvements in product performance and customer satisfaction.

The role collaborates with Operations, Environmental, and Engineering teams to advance quality initiatives, manage laboratory operations, and support strategic growth in the aggregates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in aggregate quality, materials engineering, or construction materials.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a company-wide Aggregate Quality Management System.
• Establish standardized testing procedures, laboratory practices, quality metrics, and documentation requirements.
• Identify risks with operations and safety leaders to promote safe, quality processes.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a culture of quality, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-location quality governance and performance expectations.
