Job summary

Staker Parson Companies, a CRH company, seeks an Enterprise Aggregate Quality Manager to lead quality operations across our nationwide aggregates network. This role develops standardized quality systems, ensures compliance with ASTM/AASHTO/UDOT, drives continuous improvement, and mitigates risks.

You will partner with Operations, Environmental, and Engineering teams to improve product performance, support customer success, and advance operational excellence while mentoring quality personnel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/geological/materials/construction-related fields.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in aggregate quality, materials engineering, or construction materials.
• Deep knowledge of ASTM, AASHTO, UDOT, and applicable quality standards.
• Demonstrated leadership across multiple operations or locations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a company-wide Aggregate Quality Management System.
• Establish standardized testing procedures, laboratory practices, quality metrics, and documentation across all operations.
• Identify risks with safety leaders and ensure quality processes support a safe, compliant work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, industry specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce product variability and improve efficiency.
• Provide enterprise oversight of laboratory operations and ensure testing standards are met.
