Job summary

Staker Parson Companies, a CRH company, seeks an Aggregate Quality Manager to lead enterprise quality across our aggregates operations. You will develop standardized systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement with Operations, Asphalt, Ready Mix, and Engineering teams.

You will manage testing, data, and lab activities, establish governance, and lead strategic quality initiatives to improve product performance and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Materials Engineering, Construction Management, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in aggregate quality, materials engineering, or construction materials.
• Deep knowledge of ASTM, AASHTO, UDOT, and applicable quality standards.
• Demonstrated leadership experience supporting technical teams across multiple operations or locations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a company-wide Aggregate Quality Management System.
• Establish standardized testing procedures, laboratory practices, quality metrics, and documentation requirements across all aggregate operations.
• Partner with operational and safety leaders to identify risks, promote safe work practices, and ensure quality processes support a safe and compliant work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, industry specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a culture of quality, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Establish quality performance expectations and governance processes across all locations.
• Develop and oversee quality control plans across operations.
• Lead investigations into quality issues and develop sustainable corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve quality consistency, operational efficiency, and data reliability.
• Provide enterprise oversight of aggregate laboratory operations.
• Promote consistency, accuracy, and reliability across laboratory operations.
