Job summary

Ramp is seeking an Enterprise CSM, Bill Pay & Procurement Specialist to guide upmarket customers through end-to-end onboarding of Ramp’s AP Automation and Procurement products. You will configure workflows, drive adoption, and operationalize Ramp’s tools to deliver efficiency and compliance.

In this fast-growing role, you’ll partner with Product and Engineering, manage multiple activations, and shape Ramp’s activation motion for enterprise customers in the United States, with benefits including

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success and implementations for AP/Procurement products.
• Strong project and time management with multi-customer coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; explain complex workflows clearly.
• Experience partnering with technical teams to gather feedback and troubleshoot.
• Ability to learn product deeply and articulate rationale behind decisions.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding performance metrics.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and proactively position capabilities.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding of Ramp Bill Pay and Procurement for enterprise customers.
• Educate customers on Ramp AP workflows, procurement best practices, and policy configuration.
• Identify blockers to prevent delays and reinforce the value of Ramp solutions.
• Understand customers' AP and procurement processes to optimize rollout.
