Job summary

Keywords Studios is looking for an Account Manager to join the Player Engagement Sales & Business Development team. You will manage relationships with large enterprise game companies, develop and execute account plans, expand product adoption, and uncover whitespace opportunities within existing accounts.

You will join a global team working cross-functionally with production, legal, and finance to protect revenues and expand Player Engagement services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of account management experience in the games industry.
• Experience engaging with game publishers at executive levels (CxO, Studio Head, SVP, VP).
• Proven ability to grow a book of business in excess of $20M ACV.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise account plans to grow adoption of Player Engagement services.
• Collaborate with product and customer success to expand usage and retention.
• Serve as the single point of contact for customer health, including legal and billing discussions.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs and uncover whitespace opportunities within accounts.
