Socialive’s Enterprise team is looking for a hardworking, proactive Enterprise Account Manager to focus on strategic expansion of the existing customer base. The Enterprise Account Executive/Manager is responsible for the sourcing and closing of expansion business within the Socialive customer base, and for the end-to-end management of Socialive’s existing client relationships. Measures of success include revenue delivered vs. targets, up-sell and optimization effectiveness, client satisfaction and retention levels, and contribution to overall sales team and business unit. We are looking for a hunter who can demonstrate a history of quota over-achievement and deep customer relationships.

100% Remote role.

What you’ll do as an Enterprise Account Manager:

  • Drive growth through customer value. Evangelize the value of Socialive and articulate customer value through your accounts to drive commercial expansion and growth opportunities. Own renewal and expansion opportunities for assigned accounts
  • Maintain and grow existing client base.
  • Drive overall revenue in an assigned territory.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and business objectives.
  • Perform outbound contact to existing customers to sell additional solutions.
  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of our solution offerings.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives.

What you bring to the role:

  • Proven Track record selling complex enterprise solutions, expanding relationships in enterprise accounts, and achieving ambitious revenue targets
  • Experience handling and closing negotiations for large contracts ~$100k+ (new business, renewals, expansions)
  • Consultative approach to defining strategic opportunities with customers to map, measure, and achieve successful commercial outcomes
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and drive mutual account plans
  • Track record of overachieving revenue growth goals
  • Strong desire to learn and curiosity to understand how things work
  • Entrepreneurial approach to owning responsibilities with strong accountability to delivering outcomes
  • Strong self-starter who is a team player and can work independently
  • 5+ years proven track record of account management experience.

Compensation

Target Total Compensation: $200K-230K+, base salary plus variable compensation based on experience.

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by the factors indicated and may vary from the amounts listed above. This role is also eligible for medical, vision and dental benefits, generous PTO, and equity.
