Director, North America at CD Recruitment

Location: Remote - Can be based anywhere in East or Central USA

Salary: $160k base + double OTE + stock options

The Role

We’re hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to lead new business growth across strategic enterprise accounts within the East and Central regions of the US.

You’ll manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, partnering with internal teams and working closely with C-level stakeholders to drive six- and seven-figure deals. This is a high-impact role with massive upside, in one of the fastest-scaling teams in the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive new business sales across enterprise accounts in your assigned territory
  • Manage long, strategic sales cycles and engage multiple stakeholders across IT, Ops, and the C-suite
  • Develop and execute territory plans and outbound strategies to build pipeline
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, product, and leadership to win high-value deals
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, maintain CRM discipline, and represent the company with credibility
  • Build deep relationships with decision-makers and position yourself as a trusted advisor

What Does Success Look Like? You consistently hit and exceed quota, bringing in large net-new logos and driving meaningful growth in your region. You’re recognised for your commercial impact and strategic thinking - and quickly become a go-to leader within the sales org.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a consistent record of exceeding targets
  • Strong experience navigating complex, multi-threaded sales cycles
  • Background selling into IT, Security, DevOps, or automation-related verticals is a plus
  • A strategic and proactive approach to prospecting, pipeline building, and closing
  • Based in East or Central USA, with the ability to travel as needed
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
