Job summary

monday.com is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to join our Enterprise East team in the United States. You will own a book of enterprise accounts end-to-end, driving retention, expansion, and executive relationships to deepen monday.com's footprint across organizations.

You will work with cross-functional teams to identify expansion signals, negotiate with multiple stakeholders, and deliver measurable ROI for customers.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS account management experience with a focus on enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of owning and growing a named book of business through expansion and renewal.
  • Ability to run a full commercial cycle from identifying expansion signals to multi-stakeholder negotiation and close.
  • Strong executive presence with credibility to engage and influence C-suite and VP-level buyers.
  • Consultative approach: diagnose before you prescribe and lead with business outcomes.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • High energy, high ownership, low ego.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure onboarding, adoption, and value realization with clear commercial handoffs.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for relationship and commercial issues within your accounts.
  • Consult with customer leaders on internal processes and challenge the status quo to drive organizational change and platform adoption.

About The Role

We're looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join our expanding Enterprise East team. The compensation for this role is structured as approximately 60% base salary and 40% variable on-target earnings (OTE). The base salary range for this position is: $121,200-$192,000, with OTE potential of $202,000-$320,000. OTE earnings are tied to individual performance pursuant to company policy. In addition, this role is eligible for accelerators and may also include equity in the form of RSUs. monday.com offers a competitive benefits package, including comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance, generous paid time off (vacation, holidays, personal leave and sick leave), fully paid parental leave, automatic 401(k) contributions, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount (ESPP), and more.
