We are partnering with one of the largest manufacturers in the United States as they continue to expand their presence in the data center infrastructure market.
This is an opportunity to own and grow strategic relationships with some of the largest hyperscale data center customers in the world. The company already has significant business within the hyperscale market, so this is not a traditional cold-hunting sales role. The focus is on becoming a trusted partner to major customers, expanding share across their data center programs, and coordinating internal resources to deliver complex infrastructure solutions.
We are intentionally keeping the background requirements broad. The priority is finding someone who understands the data center ecosystem and has experience selling physical infrastructure or hardware into data center customers.
Relevant experience could include:
Experience working directly with hyperscalers, colocation providers, large data center operators, or other sophisticated mission-critical customers is highly valued.
Potential backgrounds could include Enterprise Account Management, Strategic Accounts, Global Accounts, Business Development, Regional Sales, or similar customer-facing roles.
The strongest candidates will combine data center industry knowledge with strategic customer ownership. You should be comfortable navigating large organizations, understanding technical customer requirements, bringing the right internal teams together, and finding ways to grow a relationship beyond an individual project.
An engineering degree is not required, but you should be technically credible enough to understand the products, applications, and challenges involved in building and operating large-scale data centers.
This is a chance to join a large, established U.S. manufacturer that is making a significant investment in the data center market. You'll inherit meaningful existing customer relationships while helping shape how the organization grows with hyperscalers and other major data center customers.
The position offers a base salary of up to $190,000, plus annual incentive compensation and profit sharing. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.
