LightBeam.ai is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition in the mid-market and enterprise space. In this role, you'll be instrumental in accelerating LightBeam’s go-to-market momentum and helping define the category of identity-centric data security.
The ideal candidate has a relentless work ethic, thrives in ambiguity, learns fast, and leads with curiosity and empathy. You’ll be a proactive communicator, able to engage technically-minded buyers while quickly building rapport with executives. Own the full sales cycle: from outbound prospecting and qualification to demo, proposal, and close
Work cross-functionally with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Product to deliver a value-driven sales motion tailored to each buyer
Drive conversations with CISOs, privacy leaders, and compliance stakeholders about reducing data risk through modern AI-based security
Build pipeline using Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Google Suite, Slack, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Run high-quality discovery sessions and bring thoughtful preparation to every customer touchpoint
Provide regular feedback to GTM and Product teams to inform messaging, positioning, and roadmap
Travel as needed for prospect meetings, field events, and industry conferences (approximately 25% travel)
