Hightouch, a fast-growing Martech company, is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive based in Los Angeles or Orange County. You will lead strategic enterprise deals, build long-term client relationships, and influence our product roadmap through client feedback.

This remote-first role offers a 50/50 OTE and meaningful equity. You will own the pipeline, drive outbound efforts and land-and-expand strategies, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to enterprise accounts and managing complex deals.
• Proven ability to build and close high-value opportunities.
• Strong prospecting, discovery, and needs-analysis capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of high-value enterprise accounts.
• Lead outbound prospecting and land-and-expand strategies.
• Conduct discovery calls and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product for a seamless experience.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
