Job summary

Frontier Communications Corporation seeks an Enterprise Account Executive I to drive new business, hunting for logos and expanding a growing customer base. You will split time between our office and customer visits, building strong relationships while delivering solution-based telecom offerings.

With a 90% focus on hunting, you will develop strategic outbound outreach, travel for face-to-face meetings, and manage select accounts.

Qualifications

• 3 years of enterprise-scale solution-selling experience.
• Telecom and wireline experience required.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to visit customers.

Responsibilities

• 90% new business acquisition and hunting for logos.
• Conduct daily strategic outbound engagement—cold calls, emails, and onsite meetings.
• Travel regularly for face-to-face appointments with prospects.
• 10% account management: maintain and grow existing smaller accounts.
• Develop a clear sales pipeline to meet monthly sales objectives and drive revenue.
