Summary Description
Glidian is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to sell our solution. You will be responsible for closing sales into highly strategic named accounts. You will need to have an understanding of the healthcare and insurance industry, the ability to maintain C-level relationships, and experience closing complex deals. This role is an individual contributor role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Navigate complex org structures and across the business, as you lead discovery conversations, product demos, and solution discussions
  • Listen and ask questions to gain a deep understanding of clients' needs and challenges
  • Present creative solutions through storytelling and consultative conversations
  • Conduct and coordinate reosources for presentations and demos with a broad level of audiences including C-level executives
  • Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting
  • Work strategically with the Glidian team to identify opportunities to accelerate our sales processes, capitalize on emerging market developments, and strengthen our value proposition
Requirements
  • Proven track record of selling software to healthcare Enterprise clients
  • Experience with negotiation and value-selling
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success of software sales; proven experience identifying and closing six and seven figure contracts
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven history of over-quota achievement
  • Executive presence and presentation skills
