PolyAI is transforming how enterprises engage with customers through cutting-edge conversational AI. As we continue our rapid growth, we’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive, Healthcare to drive expansion in the healthcare industry.

This is a unique opportunity for a high-performing sales professional with experience selling into healthcare organizations or a background in healthcare technology. You will play a pivotal role in helping leading healthcare providers, payers, and health tech companies leverage AI-driven solutions to enhance patient and member experiences.

What You'll Do
  1. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, driving revenue growth in the healthcare sector.
  2. Build relationships with key stakeholders at healthcare organizations, including hospitals, insurance providers, and health tech companies.
  3. Leverage industry expertise to educate clients on how AI-powered voice assistants can improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  4. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to tailor solutions for the healthcare market.
  5. Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory considerations in the healthcare space.
What We're Looking For
  1. Proven experience selling to healthcare providers.
  2. Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, regulatory requirements, and industry challenges.
  3. Background selling SaaS solutions that integrate directly into the larger healthcare technology ecosystem (ex, Epic Systems, ModMed).
  4. Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
  5. Passion for AI and technology, with a consultative approach to selling innovative solutions.
  6. Background selling via direct and via partners.
  7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
