Job Description:

The Enterprise Account Executive - Geography will manage sales and account management for high-value enterprise clients, primarily in the Northeastern US. Responsibilities include identifying, upselling, expanding opportunities within accounts, and ensuring client retention.

The position offers a salary starting at $75,000+ annually, dependent on experience and location, with eligibility for a sales incentive plan.

You are:

  • Ability to identify client needs, innovative, entrepreneurial, and driven to generate sales through emerging channels.

You will:

  • Work remotely as part of the SendTech Solutions team in a field sales capacity.
  • Communicate the value of our shipping, locker, and related solutions.
  • Engage with C-suite and operational leaders to uncover needs and KPIs.
  • Interact with end users, partners, and internal teams to generate leads and resolve issues.
  • Log all sales activities in CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and forecast results accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to meet sales and retention targets.
  • Achieve quotas through client retention and organic growth.
  • Acquire new clients in mailing and shipping sectors.

You have:

  • SaaS sales experience in the mailing/shipping industry.
  • At least 8 years of enterprise sales and account management experience across various industries.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes.
  • Experience with complex contract negotiations.
  • Proficiency with sales tools and software, including Salesforce and MS Office.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean record.
