Job summary

Strata Decision is seeking an Account Executive for Financial Institutions in Chicago, IL to drive revenue for our cloud-based SaaS financial planning and analytics platform. You will lead enterprise deals, develop territory plans, and collaborate with marketing, product, and services to showcase our software’s value.

The role emphasizes a CEO mentality, client-focused partnerships, and a strong prospecting discipline to grow a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

Proven track record in financial software sales.
Experience selling to financial institutions.
Ability to forecast and manage a sales pipeline.
Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Revenue accountability: Achieve annual and quarterly revenue goals as assigned.
Annual territory planning: Develop and execute an annual territory plan for the assigned region.
Pipeline development: Create a comprehensive prospecting strategy and build a robust sales pipeline.
Deal management: Manage complex deal cycles from prospecting through close including discovery, demos, pricing, and contracts.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Marketing, Professional Services, Product, Solution Engineers, and Industry Leaders to deliver demonstrations.
Reporting & data management: Maintain pipeline/forecast data in Salesforce and report to Senior Leadership.
