Enterprise Account Executive - Cyber Security
Location: Midwest (Preferably Chicago area)
Salaried + Commission

Position Overview:

Simeio is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing sales team, covering the Midwest region. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a proven background in cybersecurity—preferably in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or managed/professional services—who thrives on winning new business and closing complex enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development by identifying, targeting, and acquiring net-new enterprise clients within the Midwest territory

  • Build and execute strategic account plans to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and close

  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, marketing, delivery, and executive leadership teams to ensure successful client engagement and onboarding

  • Stay informed on industry trends, cybersecurity threats, IAM solutions, and competitive landscape to effectively position Simeio’s offerings

  • Represent Simeio at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the region

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on IAM, managed security services, or professional services

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and bringing in net-new logos

  • Strong understanding of the enterprise buying process, particularly in regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing

  • Exceptional relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage a large, multi-state territory and drive complex sales cycles

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) a plus
