Join to apply for the Enterprise Account Executive - Cyber Security role at Simeio

We’re seeking an Enterprise Account Executive with proven success in sales and enabling businesses to modernize their IAM programs. The role involves establishing trusted relationships with enterprise accounts in Texas, Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, or California, and requires candidates to be local to one of these states.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify sales opportunities by engaging CISO's in business development activities.
  2. Engage with senior executives to generate client awareness of Simeio and IAM services.
  3. Meet and exceed revenue quotas quarterly and annually.
  4. Lead sales processes and provide expertise in assessment, design, and implementation of IAM solutions.
  5. Develop a deep understanding of the territory, including customers, prospects, partners, influencers, and competitors.
  6. Assist in scoping and pricing IAM engagements.
  7. Manage conversations at all organizational levels, from CEOs to Systems Administrators.
  8. Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and customers throughout the sales cycle.
  9. Build relationships with key partners like Sailpoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Ping, BeyondTrust, Okta, and identify business opportunities.
  10. Maintain an effective sales pipeline through collaboration with partners.
Requirements
  1. 7+ years of proven B2B enterprise sales experience in areas such as IAM, strategy and governance, IT risk management, or cybersecurity services.
  2. Ability to travel 30-40% within the territory; up to 60% if based outside the territory. Role can be performed remotely otherwise.
  3. Strong understanding of IAM, GRC, and security information and event monitoring solutions.
  4. Ability to understand business problems and propose effective solutions collaboratively.
  5. Proven ability to influence senior decision-makers and executives, including presenting to C-Level management.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  7. Experience or understanding of regulatory requirements, governance, risk, and compliance is preferred.
