The Position:


We are seeking a Account Executive to join our Enterprise team and help build and expand strategic relationships.


  • Drive revenue growth through new business development by understanding how GA can partner with clients on an ongoing basis.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and develop sales proposals.

  • Build and maintain rapport with senior executives to foster long-term business relationships.

  • Negotiate prices and contracts, understanding their legal implications.

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of GA's products, services, pricing, policies, and procedures.

  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline aligned with targets, and report on sales activities and outcomes.

  • Collaborate across departments such as product, legal, finance, and delivery to close deals.

Requirements:


  • At least 3 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in learning & development.

  • Experience managing complex and lengthy sales cycles.

  • Ability to identify client challenges and develop creative solutions collaboratively.

  • Effective communication skills with Fortune 500 decision-makers (typically SVP level).

  • A proven track record of high performance.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Experience in creating complex client proposals.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a small team, iterating strategies, and building initiatives.

  • This role requires travel up to 50% of the time.

The anticipated compensation range in the US is $100,000 to $120,000, based on experience, education, location, and other factors.

Remote positions are available in the following approved countries: United States (states vary), Canada (provinces vary), United Kingdom, Australia, and Singapore.
