Senior Consultant - Emerging Technology Practice

Our client delivers cutting-edge workforce and applied AI solutions to some of the world’s most innovative companies, helping them automate and optimize complex workflows, build high-quality training datasets, and unlock the true potential of artificial intelligence.

We’re hiring an Enterprise Account Executive in the US to drive new business across large-scale enterprise and upper mid-market clients (Fortune 500 to $10B revenue range). You’ll operate in a consultative sales environment, owning the full sales cycle and engaging C-level stakeholders on how AI can solve their most critical data and operational challenges.

  • Prospect & Qualify: Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities through strategic prospecting and industry engagement.
  • Consultative Sales: Understand clients' business goals, pain points, and tech stack to tailor AI/data solutions that solve real-world problems.
  • Solutioning & Presentation: Create compelling proposals, business cases, ROI models, and implementation plans that drive executive buy-in.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Navigate complex buying committees and build strong relationships with senior decision-makers (CIO, CTO, COO, etc.).
  • Close Enterprise Deals: Manage and close large-scale contracts across complex sales cycles.
  • Collaborate Internally: Partner with solution architects, data scientists, and delivery teams to ensure smooth pre-to-post sales transitions.
  • Account Growth: Expand relationships within key accounts by identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of trends in AI, data automation, and enterprise transformation to guide client strategy.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years’ experience selling complex enterprise software or consulting solutions (ideally in AI, tech consulting, or data services)
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their real-world applications
  • Confidence engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with a consultative approach to problem-solving
  • Industry experience in sectors like healthcare, finance, or retail is a plus
  • Competitive base + uncapped commission
