The Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in building and expanding relationships with enterprise customers across the Midwest. Working as part of a lean, fast-moving sales team, you’ll have a direct hand in shaping the go-to-market strategy and helping drive the next stage of growth.

  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close
  • Engage in strategic discovery and tailor solutions to complex enterprise needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Success teams
  • Operate with urgency, and a customer-first approach
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in sales process and GTM playbooks

What Does Success Look Like? Building a strong pipeline, consistently exceeding quota, and helping enterprise customers unlock value.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, (preferably in high-growth environment)
  • Experience running full-cycle deals with multiple stakeholders across marketing, data, and IT teams
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills and a track record of closing high-value enterprise deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and adaptability
