Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
EBAS Group is building AI-native enterprise software to automate work processes within customer environments. We seek an Enterprise Account Executive to own the full sales cycle into Tier-1 accounts, shaping how they buy and adopting a new category with a pay-off in efficiency and risk management.
You will run a disciplined, multi-stakeholder enterprise cycle, closing $1M+ ACV deals and expanding footprints across large organizations.
The company is an AI native startup (coming out of stealth, just raised their Series A) and is building the foundational Work Model for enterprise software: AI that learns how work is actually done inside a company and runs it autonomously, inside the customer's own environment. Demand from the largest, most regulated enterprises is real and growing, and they are hiring Enterprise Account Executives to carry that demand into signed, expanding deployments.
You will own the full sales cycle into Tier-1 accounts, and you will be early enough to shape how they sell. This is a founder- and CRO-close role at the tip of the spear. You are selling a new category to senior operations, risk, compliance, and transformation leaders who are accountable for efficiency and outcomes and carry a real mandate to adopt AI. The product is differentiated and the buyers are engaged. The job is to run a disciplined, multistakeholder enterprise cycle and turn a paid pilot into a land-and-expand relationship.

What We’re Looking For:
You will work closely with the CRO and the founders. This is early, high-ownership enterprise selling: you are not inheriting a mature playbook; you are helping build it. Success is measured in signed, expanding deployments inside the most demanding companies in the world, and the compensation reflects it, a competitive base with uncapped commission and meaningful equity. It is for someone who wants to be first on the ground for a category, not the tenth rep on a proven line.
