About The Role

We seek a motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business with enterprise-level RIAs and wealth management firms. You will collaborate with sales and account management teams to build relationships with decision-makers and foster growth in our enterprise marketplace. This role is ideal for someone thriving in a fast-paced, startup environment and eager to grow professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research new RIAs, broker-dealers, and advisory platforms aligned with our offerings.
  • Engage prospects through outbound outreach via email, phone, and other channels to secure discovery meetings with decision-makers.
  • Support sales processes by preparing materials, following up, and documenting interactions in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Legal, and Account Management to ensure a high-quality, compliant sales experience.
  • Test new outreach tactics, provide feedback, and help improve internal processes to contribute to team growth.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably in fintech, financial services, or B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and pipeline development.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling outreach and presentations.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
  • Eager to learn from and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with RIA/wealth management or lead generation solutions is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce and sales tools.
  • Curious, resilient, and driven for continuous improvement.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged sitting and working on a computer.
  • Ability to communicate via phone and video conferencing.

Salary for residents of certain states is $125,000 base plus up to $180,000 OTE, RSUs, and benefits. Salary is based on skills, experience, and location.
