Job summary

PhoenixAI, the Agentic AI Database, seeks four Enterprise Account Executives based in the Bay Area or Pacific Northwest to drive revenue for our scalable data platform.

In this role you will develop and execute sales plans, articulate the value of the Agentic Database, qualify opportunities, and build executive relationships while collaborating with Marketing and logging activities in CRM.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years selling enterprise software or SaaS.
• 3+ years selling database/analytics/data warehouse or AI infrastructure products preferred.
• Engineering background or CS/CE degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a sales plan to meet revenue targets for PhoenixAI's Agentic AI Database.
• Articulate PhoenixAI's Agentic Database value proposition to Enterprise Accounts.
• Identify and qualify opportunities to drive deals to close.
• Build strategic executive-level relationships in key accounts.
• Collaborate with Marketing on business development activities focused on Agentic AI and enterprise data.
• Accurately log sales activities in the CRM system.

About the role

We currently have four openings for full time, talented, and hard working Enterprise Account Executives based in the Bay Area or Pacific Northwest.

What you'll do

• Creating and executing a sales plan to meet revenue targets for PhoenixAI's Agentic AI Database.
• Articulating PhoenixAI 's Agentic Database value proposition and generating awareness within Enterprise Accounts.
• Identifying and qualifying opportunities to drive deals to close.
• Building strategic relationships within the executive level in key accounts, including AI and data infrastructure leaders.
• Collaborating with Marketing to plan and execute business development. activities including webinars, seminars, workshops, meetups, trade shows, etc. focused on Agentic AI and enterprise data.
• Accurately logging sales activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Hunter mindset, you are always hungry for new businesses.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• 7+ years experience selling enterprise software or SaaS software.
• 3+ years experience of selling database, analytics, data warehouse or data management, or AI/Agentic AI infrastructure products is preferred.
• An engineering background or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering is preferred but not required.
• Track record of exceeding revenue target.
• Willingness to travel when needed and permitted.

The base salary for this role is projected at $150,000-$200,000 annually , plus eligibility for PhoenixAI's bonus and equity programs.
