Job Description

You will generate new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model through account planning, territory management, prospect research, business development strategies, and field sales activities within a designated prospect set, territory, or industry.

What You Will Do

  • Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product sales.
  • Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team, orchestrating an account strategy with a broad virtual team (Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, Marketing, etc.).
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business needs and advising on how ServiceNow can support their IT roadmap.
  • Identify the right support resources to involve in deals at appropriate times.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI insights, or exploring AI's industry impact.
  • 7+ years of sales experience in software or solutions sales organizations.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Skill in generating new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining C-Level relationships.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets.
  • An understanding of the broader IT landscape and strategic planning.
  • Experience fostering a customer success culture in a team environment.

Compensation includes a base salary of $112,400 - $185,500, plus equity (if applicable), variable/incentive pay, and benefits. Total compensation varies based on location, qualifications, and performance. Benefits include health plans, 401(k) with company match, ESPP, donation matching, flexible time off, and family leave programs.
